Sensei Ohta (JKAE Chief Instructor) was back in Essex on Sunday 10th December for a special training course & kyu grading. Well over 100 dedicated karate-ka were in attendance for Sensei's lesson with the majority participating in the grading that followed. Sensei Ohta's lesson was a big hit with JKAE members and covered all basic techniques, kata and kumite with the higher grades spending time on Bassai Sho.
