Sensei Ohta (JKAE Chief Instructor) was back in Essex on Saturday 16th September for a special training course & kyu grading.
Almost 100 dedicated karate-ka were in attendance for Sensei's lesson with 68 participating in the grading that followed.
Sensei Ohta's lesson was a big hit with all members and covered all basic techniques, kata and kumite with the higher grades spending time on Bassai Dai and Nijushiho.
