Sensei Ohta (JKAE Chief Instructor) was able to find time in his busy schedule to visit Essex on Thursday 3rd August. Sensei covered Heian Shodan, Heian Sandan and Heian Godan. Many of the Black Belts in attendance commented on how beneficial this class was and went away with lots of helpful tips on how they can improve!
The advanced class consisted of Kanku-Dai and Kanku-Sho. Everyone in attendance found the courses very enjoyable and educational and we look forward to Sensei Ohta's next visit soon!
